Driving Directions to 1080 North Delaware Avenue
1080 N. Delaware Ave. is on the southbound (west) side of Delaware Avenue just north of the intersection of Frankford and Delaware Avenues.
Take I-76 East to I-676 East, then merge onto I-95 North, taking exit 23 (Girard Lehigh Avenue). Merge onto North Delaware Avenue, then immediately merge right onto Richmond, then take your first right on Susquehanna. Turn right onto Beach Street and follow that south to Columbia Avenue, where you will make another right. From here, turn left onto Delaware Avenue. 1080 N. Delaware Avenue will be on your right.
Follow Lehigh until it intersects Aramingo Avenue, and turn right onto Aramingo, continuing onto Delaware Avenue. 1080 N. Delaware Avenue will be on your right.
Travel on I-95 North taking exit 23 (Girard Lehigh Avenue). Merge onto North Delaware Avenue, then immediately merge right onto Richmond, then take your first right on Susquehanna. Take either the Walt Whitman or Benjamin Franklin bridges and merge onto I-95 North. From here, take exit 23 (Girard Lehigh Avenue). Merge onto North Delaware Avenue, then immediately merge right onto Richmond, then take your first right on Susquehanna. Turn right onto Beach Street and follow that south to Columbia Avenue, where you will make another right. From here, turn left onto Delaware Avenue. 1080 N. Delaware Avenue will be on your right.
A second option for those using the Benjamin Franklin Bridge is to take the 5th Street exit off the bridge, follow that to Spring Garden Street and turn right, go to Delaware Avenue and turn left, and upon reaching Shackamaxon Street, make a U-turn. 1080 N. Delaware Avenue will be on your right.
Travel to I-676 East and get on the freeway. Then merge onto I-95 North, taking exit 23 (Girard Lehigh Avenue). Merge onto North Delaware Avenue, then immediately merge right onto Richmond, then take your first right on Susquehanna. A second option for those traveling from West Philadelphia is to use Spring Garden Street, following it east all the way to Delaware Avenue. At Delaware Avenue, turn left and follow north until reaching Shackamaxon Street. Make a U-turn here and head south on Delaware Avenue. 1080 N. Delaware Avenue will be on your right.

CCTC Visitor Parking Lot located at Frankford Avenue and Richmond Street
There is a visitor parking lot located at Frankford Avenue and Richmond Street, behind the Fillmore. There are visitor parking signs located on the fence along Frankford Avenue. If there are no spaces available, please refer to the street parking instructions below.
Street Parking in the Neighborhood of 1080 North Delaware Avenue
Please be advised that due to the current development activities and construction in the surrounding area, access to Frankford Avenue from Delaware Avenue may be blocked off during varying times of the day. Other streets in the area may also be blocked due to construction. While street parking in the neighborhood is plentiful, the detours caused by the construction to locate this parking may cause some delays. We recommend that visitors to 1080 North Delaware Avenue allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes to arrive at CCTC. Below are some recommendations for where you can park on the street near our new headquarters
Traveling South on Delaware Avenue, you can find parking on the following streets during the period when Frankford Avenue is blocked during construction:
- Traveling South on Delaware Ave, cross the intersection of Frankford Ave and Delaware Ave.
- Make a Right turn onto Popular St.
- At the Stop Sign make a Right onto Front St.
- Keep traveling on Front St until you reach Richmond St, make a right.
- Keep traveling on Richmond St; at the Stop Sign make a Left on Frankford Ave.
- On Frankford Av there is all day Parking on both sides of the Street.
- Traveling south on Delaware Ave, cross the intersection of Frankford Ave and Delaware Ave.
- Make a Right turn onto Popular St.
- At the Stop Sign make a Right onto Front St.
- Keep traveling on Front St until you reach Richmond St, make a right.
- Keep traveling on Richmond St, at the Stop Sign cross the intersection of Frankford Ave and Richmond St.

Public Transportation
Bus Route 25 from Frankford Transportation Center stops within walking distance to Children’s Crisis Treatment Center at 1080 N. Delaware.
Bus Route 43 starting at 50th St. and Parkside or Richard and Cumberland stops within walking distance to Children’s Crisis Treatment Center at 1080 N. Delaware Ave.
The Broad Street Subway (North & South bound trains) ends at Girard Ave. Station- Transfer to the #15 Trolley to Frankford & Delaware Ave.
- Spring Garden to the southwest
- Girard is to the northeast.
- Both stations have train service starting at 5:00 a.m.
- Transfer to the #15 Trolley to Frankford & Delaware Ave.
- (North/South) Broad Street Subway to Girard Avenue, then take the #15 trolley to Frankford and Girard, It is a 7 minute walk from Frankford and Girard to CCTC.
(East/West) The Blue Line on the EL (Elevator Train) starts at 69th Street to Frankford Terminal. Take subway to Girard Avenue then take the #15 trolley on Front and Girard to Frankford and Delaware then walk one long block north. You will see our sign on the side walk.
